Is neutral feedback ok for this or I am being harsh?

Buyer bought an item on BIN last Monday morning, no payment or contact at all, so after 4 days I opened an unpaid item dispute.

I was going to close it in an hour and relist, but have just received payment. No message or anything.

Is it acceptable to leave a neutral feedback for this?

you can't leave a neut or neg for a buyer - positive only. Nor can you leave bad comment on a pos rating. You could of course not leave any - feedback is not compulsory

Perhaps that might be best then.
