On the 8th November I won a digital photo frame.

It said on the listing it was an unwanted gift so hadn't been used and was in the box.

When it arrived it looked exactly like I expected. the box was perfect, the frame still had all the polystyrene in tact and the frame was still in its plastic bag sat perfectly in the polystyrene.

So I never tested it as I assumed it would work of course.

Anyway I put a load of pics on a memory card today as I'm sending them to my family soon.

Well it won't bloody switch on will it.

I'm so annoyed!!!

I've emailed the seller telling them the situation and that I would like to return it for a refund.

I should get a refund shouldn't I??

I'm so glad I tested now before sending it and my family being disappointed.

you're not too late, you have 45 days to open a case with ebay if the seller refuses to co-operate.

Ok brill how long would you give them to respond?

She refunded me and told me to bin it as it is worthless now.

I feel so bad for her now but it really doesn't work.

Bloody good seller though.
