payment sent???

hi all
recently sold item,i accept paypal only.
its showing as buyer has sent payment?ive checked that there doesnt seem to be any paypal payment showing as pending-ive messaged but had no reply.
its been a week and nothing has come through post if she has managed to get my address from somewhere.
what do i do?

open an unpaid item case within ebay - then if no payment received close it in 4 days time and get your fees back

could the email address on the listing have been incorrect and the money is sat on the wrong email and not been added to your paypal account?
