Items not received, seller not replied

Thats it basically. Won an auction, paid up. This was a couple of weeks ago. I emailed yesterday to ask when it would arrive but no response. I've never had eBay problems before so what do I do?

Has the item been marked as dispatched?
If it has, it may have been lost in the post but I think that RM won't consider it officially lost until 3 weeks are up?

Personally, if they are not replying to emails I would open a case with eBay. You can do that through the link I have just posted.

No not despatched which is why I'm a bit

They emailed me when I paid to ask for my address despite it being on my PayPal details and no other seller has ever had a problem (I've been on eBay for years).

Thanks - will open a case if not here by next week. Luckily it wasn't urgent!
