Would you revise the postage?

Have an item selling, it has 10 watchers. I think I've put the postage at too low a level and want to add a quid to it. Will that put people off?

What do you think?

I would amend it, most of the watchers won't remember the postage anyway.

How long has the auction got left to run?

You could end the listing, giving 'Mistake in the listing' as the reason, and then edit it and re-list.

What's your starting price? (It might not be cost-effective to re-list for an extra quid on postage if you have a relatively high starting price as you have to pay for this.)

It's got a day left and has 1 bid at a low asking price. Asking price is £8, I bought them for £35.

I guess it's too late to revise your listing, then? Tbh, OP, I'd probably just suck it up, lose the pound, and put it down to experience.

It's a quid! Is it really worth the effort?
