Does anybody publish a list of bidders to block?

Seeing as the feedback that can be left for buyers is utterly useless, is there any unofficial list of bad buyers that I can add to my blocked bidder list?

I am getting a bit fed up with chasing for tiny payments and rubbish communication but the buyer's feedback is almost always ok.

Perhaps i'll start one... although if no one else has there must be a good reason. Worries about libel? Or eBay lawyers?

Have been thinking something like that would be a good idea to. Particularly for people who say items have not been received!!!!
Had a couple of bad incidents which has really put me off Ebaying

Just had a Google and there are a few lists knocking about. Not sure how reliable any of them are though. One person's bad buyer is another's ok buyer.
