How do I block an ebayer?

That's it really! Thought I'd ask here before searching eBay. Have had a look around my selling page/account but couldn't find anything.

My eBay ( at top)
Seller
Blocked bidders (on left under shortcuts)

and if you want to find something on eBay don't search within eBay itself, type query into google instead. Search for ebay blocked bidder list in google & the result is there - much easier and quicker.
