Bidder wants to collect an item I am selling..

Which I've agreed to if she does win it. She said she would prefer to pay on collection which I don't mind but how do I mark item as collected rather than dispatched?

I just mark it as despatched and payment received once they have collected it.

and of course never take paypal for a collected item, cash only

Ok, I just wasn't sure if it being marked as paid and the payment not going to paypal would have been flagged. Thanks.

I'll definitely have her pay on collection!
