Buyer returned two items (I posted about it a couple of days ago). There was infact a small amount of damage to one of the items. I contacted eBay who suggested I contact the buyer and negotiate a refund minus an amount towards the cost of repairing the damage.
I emailed the buyer, who just demanded a full refund and implied that I wasn't telling the truth. I'm so fed up of dealing with her that I have just issued a full refund so that I don't have to put up with her anymore.
I've also requested the sale be cancelled but if shemagrees then the whole thing will have cost me nearly £60
