I sold two items to the same person, I have recalculated the postage and I can reduce the total bill by £2.50. To do this, I sent her an invoice but included a sellers disount of £2.50 so the total works out OK. Hope I did this the right way.
I sent the invoice but how does it work from the buyers point of view. I sent her a message to say what I had done but she hasn't received the invoice. I can see the discount if I look at the details on my seller dashboard, is it the same for her? Help, buyer wants to pay, I want to get the cash and send the item.
