Fees if winning bidder collects item and I don't receive monies for P&P

I sold an item on Sunday which had a delivery price, but the winning bidder is collecting it tomorrow.
How do I record that the buyer has paid, but collected, so I won't get charged fees on the delivery monies which I won't get? Hope that makes sense!?

I didn't think you had to pay on delivery fees.

eBay only charge you for sale price not p&p. The 10% is always of sale price.

As long as you get cash on collection, which you should insist on, you'll be better off as you wont be charged your 3% ish by PayPal Smile

and also you can mark the item as paid in your eBay so no more reminders too.

If they pay by Paypal effectively Ebay gets 3.4% of the delivery fees.
