Where's my Money??????

I sold an item BIN on Monday. No payment. Ebay opened unpaid case on Friday. Today email have closed the case and marked it as Buyer has paid.

Still nothing in paypal and no payment. But ebay have marked it as paid and want it dispatched. I have contacted the seller and got no response either.

What the hell am i supposed to do now?

have you asked the buyer how they paid? Could the email address on the listing be incorrect?

I would contact live chat and see what they say

What a PITA, they don't know what has happened so as a goodwill gesture they will refund my listing fee

They asked if I had closed the case in error but I got the email saying it was closed and had been paid before I logged into eBay

So now I have to wait and relist the damn item again!
