Description ddn't mention huge heels!

I just got delivery of some boots from eby. I was looking for some doc marten style winter boots, and these seemed great - i need lat sturdy shoes because of a hip problem.

The boots were pictured front on, and the description just says that they have never been worn, which is true. Nowhere does it mntion the four inch heels.

Is this 'not as described' or just a case of them not mentioning it? They are totally unwearable for me :-(

Did it say what style they were? Do you have a link?

I think they should have mentioned the massive heels! I would send them a message and see what they say.

Hmm, presumably they didn't say they were flat either, so you really should have asked

Try contacting the seller, but if no joy, just re-list them yourself, to cut your losses

Was the heel height not in the "Item Specifics" box either?
