Buying from Japan?

There's an Orla Kiely tunic I fancy on eBay. Cost is approx £33 (inc p&p) but there is an advisory note re: "customs processing and additional charges".

Wondered if anyone could tell me if it's worth going ahead with the purchase or am I going to be paying well over the odds?

customs have a limit something £33 should be fine, ( technically over a certain limit you have to pay VAT /import taxes)
