Overseas bidder....

How has a bidder from Ukraine bought (but not paid, grrrr) my item when I specify UK only?

I've just had someone in Germany do the same I've said I will post but not until I have confirmed postage costs and they've paid which means 2 trips to post office but am sick of getting shafted.

I wonder how this is happening, I hate ebay at the best of times without having to faff about with international posting rates! AND she's a known non-payer

you will have to cancel the auction or file a non payment dispute first before you relist - and you need to set your preferences to stop overseas bidders, just saying UK only does not stop them bidding
