selling items after 1 bad feedback

I only have three feedbacks, not having been very active on Ebay in the past Smile. 2 of those are great but one of them is negative.

should I say in the item description that I will explain about bad feedback if requested?
Should I give a brief description in the post?
or should I not mention it at all and hope it doesn't hinder my current item for sale?

I wouldn't mention it, I very rarely remember to glance at a seller's f/back before buying anyway.

If I'm buying something expensive, on ebay that for me is £20+ I check out their feedback, otherwise I don't bother.

Is it possible to add in a comment to the feedback to explain it if someone looks at feedback? e.g tried to resolve but no other communication from buyer?

Why don't you just open a new account instead?

thanks guys. I hadn't thought of that fergoose. That is actually want the buyer who gave me negative feedback did midway through the auction, to try and pretend to be someone else Smile. Strange.
