Probably going to sound like an idiot now but I want to make sure I've refunded it properly!
I sold a few xbox games a while ago. This particular buyer took 2 weeks to pay and I posted the day after she sent payment. She contacted me later to say it hadn't turned up - fair enough, I've no reason to disbelieve her, so I asked her to wait until the following Monday (3 days, making it 2 weeks) and if it hadn't turned up to let me know and I'd issue a full refund straight away. She never contacted me so I assumed it had been delivered.
This morning she'd opened a dispute, saying she contacted me and I never responded
I did, I've got the messages in my eBay account, but that's by the by. I followed the steps to issue the refund I'd offered her nearly 2 weeks ago anyway.
I've never had to do this before so the status things are confusing me somewhat. I've got 'Temporary hold for buyer dispute' which now says 'removed' and where I've issued the refund 'Update from' 'reversal' and 'cancelled'. Under details it says 'You have sent £7.03 GBP to eBay Buyer Dispute with PayPal'.
Has it gone through now? DO I have to wait for her to claim it or am I all sorted? Can't be arsed with all this hassle at the moment to be honest :o
