Hello folks- hoping someone can advise.
I never quite got around to verifying my Paypal account- partly because I was overseas when I set it up more than ten years ago, and Paypal was confused by my UK bank account.
I've been having a clearout over the last fortnight, and went to list another batch of items, setting them to go live this evening. I went in to edit them (I usually list them very roughly to begin with, then go in afterwards to refine the description/add pictures). Out of the blue, it said that I couldn't 'submit my listing' without verifying my Paypal account.
I followed the instructions, and- this was a bit bizarre- it told me to check my bank account on a date back in 2007 for two small payments from Paypal. I did, and there were none. There is the option to re-do this verification, and I did so- but then it tells me it will be 2-3 working days before it shows up.
My concern is, will my unedited listings go live anyway? I can't make changes, so it would be a nightmare!
