I sold some shoes which had been worn a few times but were still in really good condition. The buyer is saying she is not happy with them as they are falling apart and won't last 5 minutes.
This is completely untrue, but I can't be arsed with the hassle and so have said i will refund her, inc the postage, but she also wants me to pay postage for her to send the shoes back to me.
I've said no, because it is her choice to return them, and imo there is nothing wrong with them.
Do I have to refund her postage costs to post them back to me ??
