How long do I wait for payment?

I have sold a few items that haven't been paid for and I'm not sure what to do next... Won last Friday and I sent a message saying "Hi thanks for buying, your items are ready to go as soon as I receive payment."

Do I just have to wait indefinitely?

No you don't! Cheeky buggers, good ebayers pay within 24 hrs, maximum 3 days, I prompt after 24 hrs too, personally it pisses me right off as they are sat there bidding,so why not pay as well ?
In future put payment within 48 hrs please on your listings, they have no come back then.

you can open a non payer dispute on day 4 so do that now - no point emailing and waiting indefinitely

but asking for payment in 48 hours on a listing is pointless as you can't open a dispute until day 4 and then you have to wait a further 4 days to close it before you can relist.

So if I were you I would open the disputes immediately.

I got payment on 2 items straight away after I sent that and have opened a dispute on the 3rd.
