Bought trainers for ds described as in excellent condition. They arrived and they have a big hole in the padded lining on each shoe. Not visible in photo. Asked seller for refund including my return postage and she's refused since eBay states buyers have to pay return postage. how unfair is that?? It was her inaccurate listing that is to blame, not me! why should I be out of pocket due to her mistake?

Have opened a case. Anythign else I can do, or just suck ip up adn pay the postage??

I think that the return postage is your responsibility I'm afraid. However I hope to be corrected. Most sellers would have a conscience and cover it; I did when I accidentally sold a dress with a ripped seam.

open a not as described case with eBay - where it states what resolution you want tick the box other and write next to it 'refund'. Escalate in 10 days and eBay should give you a no fault refund without the cost of returning the trainers.

Then you can leave appropriate feedback and stars.

A good seller will give you the return postage costs but there is no way you can enforce it.
