I sold a few items on eBay which ended on Saturday, and all have been paid for except one. I have invoiced and emailed the buyer but have not heard from them at all. At what point is it reasonable to start a dispute over the non payment, and what happens next?

Thanks :-)

Depends when on Saturday, it's really only the beginning of the 3rd day - I'd give them til Thursday before I opened a non paying once, think it's 4 days? Smile

Send them a reminder message?

Thanks for your reply. It was about 12pm. I'm probably just being impatient as typically it was the item that went for the most money.

I will send them a reminder message. Thanks Smile

I think you should stop hassling them - way too much if it was only 3 days ago. If they don't pay by day 4 just open a dispute - there is no need to keep emailing and invoicing.

Ok thanks, I shall wait then. I'm new to all this Smile

I'm also new to ebay selling and am waiting payment for something since saturday. I've just sent that one invoice so far.
But am feeling miffed as I thought I best check their feedback to see if others have had a problem and seen that they have been buying and feed-backing ok over the last few days.

What sort of feedback to give when/if they do pay?
"Thankyou for paying - finally" ?

Whoever it is has missed 2 post office trips now.
