Account restrictions

I have 20 items listed and eBay tell me that if I list more in the next 30 days I will exceed my limit. Anyone else had this?
In the previous 30 days I sold 3 items.

New accounts have selling limits, are you new or have you broken any policies?. It's usually reviewed and raised after 90 days.

Weird thing is I have had the account for years with no problems at all

What category of item? I'm still restricted on console games, but not on loads of other things.
