International buyer - postage advice please

I had a stack of auctions finished last night, all UK postage only. Someone from Germany managed to win one item. I sent the invoice off for airmail signed for at £9 and now the buyer has replied asking me to send airmail without signature. Can't understand how she managed to bid in the first place and don't want negative feedback but I send absolutely everything with signature on delivery. Any advice please? Thanks

Yes, you stick to your terms and if she doesn't pay the invoice you open an unpaid case against her.

And tighten up your buyer requirements to stop bidders from countries you don't ship to. You have to physically stop bidders.

Thanks Fergoose - I was hoping you might see this!!

Can you please tell me how to tighten things up as it is a right royal PITA? Are there settings I need to change.

Right, off to reply to her email.

Thanks

Oh bummer! DH took 17 parcels to e post office, told the girl half a dozen times that there was one recorded for Germany .... she sent it airmail small packet. I charged the buyer £9, I was charged £2.70. Aaaargh! I'm going to try to do a refund through Paypal, hope it works out.
