Should I be worried?

I bought an iPhone last Saturday on Buy It Now and paid straight away. I missed a parcel during the week so emailed the seller to see if had been posted yet. No reply. Turns out the missed parcel was something else i ordered so emailed them again just to check if it had been posted. No reply. Nothing has arrived today so emailed them AGAIN. Should I be worried? OH thinks the phone probably doesn't exsist and i have been ripped off. They have good feedback but haven't sold anything for a long time. Should I be a bit more patient or start to panic??

I would probably open a not received dispute with paypal - and don't sign for any empty envelopes in the meantime. What is their feedback like?

What does the auction say regarding posting, do they state courier, Royal Mail - also what is dispatch time?

It arrived late yesterday. But it doesn't work. I emailed them and straight away they apologised and said to return it for a refund. I am worried I'll send it back and they won't refund me. Am i covered by ebay if I do it this way or would I be better opening a case? I didn't really want open a case when the seller has already responded and agreed to a refund.

send it back with online proof of delivery such as courier or special delivery, recorded won't cover anything over £46 so it will need to be adequately insured.

You can open a case if you want - just keep the tracking info so you can prove it has been returned.
