Do charities have to register as business sellers?

I've made a purchase, cash on collection and I've collected from an actual shop - yet it is a private selling account :-s

Anyone know??

I am pretty sure they should be registered as a business you can report them to eBay.

I don't want to get then into trouble, but then surely if they are not registered as a business, then they can take advantage of free listings etc?

Actually did it, how do you report? I can't find it!
