In July i bought a second hand Instyler rotating iron of a girl from Portugal on the uk Ebay. I live in Belgium at the moment.
Item came all packaged well but it did not work, just would not even switch on.
I contacted her and she said it was working when she send it but it could not have been damaged in transit. I then opened a case with Pappal They took ages to reply so i then just decided as i was going on holidays i would just send it back so she could refund me as he said she would.
I send it with tracking and paid out 18. euro and it had been 45 euro for the purchase of the Instyler.
I then send on details of the tracking number to Paypal
When i came back i waited to hear from them , then i emailed them again and they said the case was now closed and my tracking number was invalid.
They never contacted me to let me know.
Now the case is closed it is very difficult to email them, i then contacted Ebay and they can do nothing.
I am so upset as i went to to the added expense of sending it back so i am out of pocket big time and no Instyler which i really wanted.
What do you think i can do on this issue. I will go to the PO. tomorrow and see can they do anything.
