How do you work out how much to charge for postage

Thats it pretty much!

I weigh it, check the online postage calculator on the royal mail website and then round it up to the nearest 25p. The rounding up covers my packaging costs, I bought a load of postbags and they work out at about 10p each.

weigh it. Any package weighing under 750g costs £2.20 second class, £2.70 first class. No need to even bother with the RM site these days since they simplified the pricing.
