How long do I leave it?

I won a computer game for DH which ended 7pm on Sun 19th Aug. listing said seller usually posts within 2 business days of receiving payment (I paid within 5 mind of listing ending). It's still not been sent. I messaged the seller on Wednesday to ask if he could just let me know when to expect it, have still not heard anything.

How long do I leave it, what is the process if he doesn't send it, I've never had to do anything like this before!

He could be on holiday, give it two weeks from the 19th.

He should of said but probably forgot.

Middle of third week e mail him to say you will contact ebay if no response by end of third week.

I normally wait a week, then email, and if no response after 3 or so days then open a case.

Why anyone would list stuff and then go on holiday is beyond me, surely people don't do that do they?

I'd personally put it on the listing if I was going away, but hopefully he's just forgotten and he's going to send it soon :)
