bought a kids dress paid 1.04 and combined postage with another dress yippee seller only charged me correct postage, however she has clearly missed a rip at the hem it is kissable since it is kind of in a fold, it would be reparable but is a good 3 cm long.
I was just going to email and say hi dress is fine but you missed a rip.
