Would you sell an opened pot of creme de la mer?

I've used this cream for a while now, this particular pot used two or three times, so most of it is remaining. Have found a cream which suits my skin far better and I could use the money - 60ml pot cost me £190.

Problem is, I'm really worried about someone buying it, swapping the creme for something like nivea, then coming back to say its fake and getting a refund.... would you be worried about this? Any steps I can take to prevent it?

I wouldn't buy an opened pot of anything.

I've sold quite a few opened/used bits and pieces before, so I know some people do - I agree with you though, I couldn't myself!

I don't think you are allowed to sell used cosmetics?

It comes under Skin care in the Health & Beauty - there is a category for used and you can tick that option when listing.

I would ! Most buyers are honest & lovely, go for it!

If you dn't want to buy an opened pot you won't - but there are plenty who would, you have nothing to lose.

Yes people will buy it. I have sold loads of make up bits and nova, all used, and they sell well, no one has ever said it was fake. Send recorded if you like. Maybe have a look and see what it goes for and decide then. It's not like you apply it and then put it back in the pit is it.

i did not think you could sell opened cosmetics

You can sell opened cosmetics, I wouldn't buy it myself but I don't imagine you will get much for it so dont think anyone would bother doing what you are worried about.
