I left neutral feedback this weekend for the first time in over a year due to excessive postage charges. I contacted the seller but she refused to consider a partial refund so I left neutral feedback.
But it is not showing on either her or my feedback page. The purchase page says I have left feedback but doesn't show what it is.
Does anyone know what might have happened?
