Why am I being charged for 99p listing?

I have sold things on Ebay many times before starting at 99p and it was free to add the listing but today it says I will be charged 90p. I am confused...

pictures? Scheduled? odd category? relisting?

only 1 pic, not scheduled, baby clothes, no relisting....

Have you sold 100 items in the last few months? You only get 100 free listings.

Its ok had an online chat with cs and its sorted, thanks anyway :)
