Can I do anything about this?

I sold a number of items a few weeks ago and one buyer did not pay. I opened a case after 4 days and she paid 4 days later on a Sunday.

I went to post office Monday morning and advised her I'd posted.

The feedback she has left me is marked as positive but her comment is 'after a rocky start I finally received goods' which makes it sound as though I am at fault.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Sorry, that doesn't make sense. She paid on a Sunday, I posted on the Monday.

You can reply to the feedback, but it might not be worth it.

Open a feedback dispute. Sounds like a buyer I had took ages to pay and then complained about shipping time with a neutral feedback! It was changed.

I'm going to do that hermione. I have a load of other things to sell in a few weeks time so I don't want that to be the last comment when all those above it are nice.

If you leave a Follow Up Feedback it should be dignified and factual. Possibly: 'Item was posted as soon as the payment was received.'

You can also leave a feedback follow-up to any [positive] feedback you have left for the buyer.
