Hi, I'm sold a large item on eBay and I'm trying to arrange delivery by Parcel force. Every time I try to go on their web site, their "traffic lights" thing is flagging up a problem with Adobe ie not installed. I have tried from various pc's and laptops to no avail. Is this a problem with all customers as it seems a bit strange
