Non Paying bidder, what are my options?

I sold bundle of baby clothes last night. Buyer has messsaged me and said she bid on the wrong thing and doesn't want it, can she cancel her bid. (I don;t belive this; she had a bid in in the afternoon and was winning with 10 miin to go and then was involved in last minute bidding battle)

OK, so if I cancel her bid does the transcation dissapear completely?

I will reluctantly agree to her not paying and relisting the item, but is there any way I can get my fees back and/or leave negative feedback and/or strike against her eBay record?

If you mutually agree to not go through with the sale then you get listing fees refunded (I think). You can then put her on a blocked buyers list so she won't be able to bid on any of your auctions again.

Or you could not agree to the request to cancel the purchase as she entered into a binding agreement, then take it through the eBay conflict resolution centre.

Start an Unpaid Item Dispute. it may prompt the buyer to pay up. If not you can close the case and receive your seller fees back from ebay. Unfortunately you can't leave negative feedback which is a shame because people get away with causing you hassle.

I would wait until day 4 and open an unpaid dispute - buyer gets a strike on their account and is unable to leave you feedback. If she makes a habit of this she will lose her account if she gets too many strikes.

If you ask for mutual cancellation they can refuse it, you then won't get your fees back and they can still leave feedback too.
