I bid on a used Instyler straighting iron, i won it for a very low price of 21.50 but she charged 16 for postage. She was from Portugal and had 100 per cent feedback as a buyer. Anyway the item came very well packaged in its original box but when i plugged it in it will not turn on, i was so unhappy as i was delighted to get one of these. I emailed her and she wants me to return to her, only problem i live in Brussels and postage is outragiouly expensive , not sure why. I then started a claim and now have it escalted, What do you think are my chances. It could not have been working when she send it. i feel so foolish as i just wnated to get a good price.
