Buyer refused to pay for shoes saying there were two tiny scuffs on the shoes and she wanted a partial refund.
I offered a smaller partial refund even though I am not sure I believe her and the shoes were sold as 'used' anyway but just to get the thing sorted.
Buyer not happy with my smaller offer and so opens a case with Ebay Resolution Centre.
Ebay "find in the buyers favour and she is to return the shoes".
Buyer still hasn't returned the shoes, about a week later, and has just sent me a message saying Ebay have suggested she contacts me to ask me to agree to a partial refund.

I haven't heard any more from Ebay though. WWYD please?

TIA

If she hasnt returned them then you cant do the refund yet - just politely suggest to her that she returns them and then you will refund.

If she is overstating the damage because she wants some money back, but actually thinks that she got a good deal anyway then she wont be wanting to return them.

i wouldn't do anything until they are received back - I would think she has no intention of returning and is trying to wangle a partial refund. I advise stick to your guns, you could do everything she wants and still get a neg anyway.
