Follow Up to feedback - anyone ever left any?

It's common for sellers to leave buyers feedback such as 'Super fast payment' etc.

But has anyone ever availed themselves of the right to leave 'Follow Up' feedback, when it subsequently goes tits up? (E.g. - diplomatically - 'Buyer unfortunately was not party to the smoothest of transactions...' etc etc). I rarely see it. Is that because it is all removed by ebay?

I got a neg from someone who hadn't contacted me at all first. I left something very civilised like "Buyer made no contact before this feedback. Have offered full refund." and the guy actually got Ebay to remove it (I'd asked them to as well) and then left positive feedback, which was a pleasant surprise after 4 snotty unreasonable messages.

So I guess it mostly gets removed by one side or the other.

Was that actual 'Follow Up Feedback'? (As opposed to a positive rating with a not-allowed negative comment IYSWIM.)

I'm wondering how many sellers use Follow Up Feedback re: buyers.

Yes, proper followup - disappeared when the neg was replaced. Most small sellers seem to followup to negs and neutrals.
