how long does Ebay allow buyer to return an item?

I sold a pair of shoes, buyer said that had two tiny marks on them and asked for partial refund. i offered as slightly lower amount as a gesture as I don't believe they had the marks on them and they were sold as worn anyway, not new.
Buyer rejected my offer and opened case with Customer service who found in her favour. How long does she have to return the shoes does anyone know please?

I think it may be a week, am not sure, but I know it isn't that long. When did eBay find in her favour?

Finally had a reply from EBay and it's 10 days.
