I sold a collection only item, when the auction had finished and I got the buyers details it showed they were new to ebay, had 0% feedback and lived over 200 miles away from me so I had an inkling they weren't going to want the item!
I contacted them a few times and they never responded, I opened a dispute of non payment after 4 days (did this yesterday) but now I'm a bit unsure what to do next. I've never opened a dispute before so don't quite know how it works
