On ebay, how much would you pay for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc?

I have all these items listed, and plenty of people watching. Several days left of auction. I have had numerous messages from people who wants me to do a buy it now price "for them" and bundle the items together to ONE sale.

Not sure what to do. Should I let the auction run? Or do a buy it now?

What if I do buy it now, and then buyer comes and changes their mind?

if no bids, let them come and look, if they make decent offer accept cash and end item if there are bids you are not supposed to do this, but you can end auction at any time to sell to highest bidder

realistically if someone comes to look at furniture you can not expect them to then come all the way back another day to pick up.

regarding price it depends a bed room set could be worth £30 it could be worth several hundreds

I would ask BIN offers to come and see it and if they like it and you like the offer just sell it, tell them in advance no point in silly offers, hope you did not start auctions at 99p

I did start auctions at 99p. Wink

To be honest, I just want rid.

I am not in a position to offer viewings, so I dont expect to get much. There is only one item with a bid, the other have no bids.

I am just worried that if I start changing the listings, or auction terms, I will end up with people who are not serious about buying, and then wont after all buy. And then the buy it now price could put others off.

You reckon a £10 buy it now price is ok for each item?

I would think £30 for the lot is fairly cheap, make sure you specify that you expect collection to be arranged within 48 hours of end of auction and collection within a week, you don't want them still there in 3-4 weeks

Thanks, that is a good point. It is really urgent for me to get rid...
