stupid cow buyer opened a case against me after she damaged an electrical item from me and then proceeded to damage it. She demanded a full refund, used totally inappropriate language and opened a case against me. I am very happy to report that eBay could not find any fault with me and decided that I do not have to refund anything!

I was really pissed off with the buyer and decided to delete my account after this. I think I will stay, but I have learned a few lessons.

One of which is that I will only leave feedback for buyers after they have left feedback for me! The stupid cow buyer has 100% positive feedback but herself left very unfair and inappropriately worded feedback for other sellers as well.

She received and then damaged.

You can't leave buyers bad feedback anyway, that's the reason so many people have given up on eBay, they nearly always end up on the side of the buyer too. Glad to hear you won your case. Makes me so Angry that buyers can now take the piss with practically no fallout for them while sellers accounts can be ruined for nothing.

Just be aware ContinentalKat, I had similar a few weeks back with a violin I sold.

Buyer damaged it, opened dispute, eBay seemingly sided with me and said I didn't have to refund, but they refunded her and she ended up with the violin and a refund Sad

eBay then recorded it on my seller dashboard as an unresolved customer dispute Sad

So even though it seems they're on your side, be aware they may not be Angry
