Help please - buyer doesn't want item....

....I listed a shirt as a size 12, when in fact it's a 14. Buyer doesn't want it. What do I do now? Obviously happy to refund her, but does she pay return postage, or do I? Not sure what do next, as quite new to this. Thanks in advance.

If you have listed it incorrectly, then it's only fair that you pay return postage if you want the shirt back

don't refund until you get it back in the condition in which it was sent. If it is buyer remorse then they pay costs, if your error you should really give them return postage also.
