I just want my money back

I won a gro egg, paid within the hour via PayPal. Waited and waited, contacted seller 3 times and got no response so took up a complaint as soon as possible with eBay. A week later Ive had a response saying the item has been sent.

I don't won't the item any more as its too late I just want my money. I have said this to the seller but am being ignored again. What do I do now? Any suggestions how I get my money back?

escalate in the resolution centre on day 8 and then eBay should refund you. If the parcel arrives refuse it and don't sign for it.

How do I escalate in the resolution centre. I did open a case, and after six days was sent a message saying item sent. So sent a message saying too late want my money and am now being ignored. What should I do now? Sorry not had any probs before so not sure

in the resolution centre when you click on the case itself it will have an option to escalate to customer support. This will be available on day 8 I think? So if it isn't there yet you will have to wait a bit longer.

in original listing how long did it say it would take the seller to post (some private sellers are only able to post a couple of times a week) and by what method is it being posted.

If buyer was posting and 3-5 days by 2nd class its not unreasonable that you haven't received after 6 days.

Morph, i meant it took 6 days to responses to my email asking if item was sent as it was 4 days after the expected last date of delivery. Thanks though
