had to open three cases last week for non payment. all have now paid, but now i need to leave feedback. what do you usually put in these cases? paid eventually - or just mark as positive but add no comment? its the first time i have had to open cases so not really sure what to do in this situation.
thank you

no you can't leave neg statement - positive comment only.

If I feel like leaving feedback for late payers then I just put "Paid" and leave it at that.
Most of the time though I don't bother leaving any if I have had to open a case to get payment through.
Feedback is voluntary, so you don't have to leave it for every transaction.

Am dealing with a late payer - in the past few days have noticed incoming feedback on their profile along the lines of: "thank you for your payment, took ten days" etc.

Not sure where this stands on ebay, but there's LOTS of late or non-payers about at the moment.

Ebay can remove any positive feedback that has a negative comment within it, something like mentioning how long a buyer took to pay could be deemed as negative and therefore removable.
The buyer would need to complain directly though to have it removed - as far as I know Ebay don't actively go looking for such comments.

That's why I stick to "paid" in such circumstances - it's factual and not derogatory in anyway but not exactly recommending the buyer.
