Or do I have 'right to reply' on my feedback page so I can tell the whole world what a vindictive bitch someone has been?
An item I sold btw. We'd had a bit of back and forth as she wasn't satisfied. I was happy for her to return and stated this would be at her expense.
Her feedback states it was stained (it wasn't - there is a pinprick pen mark somewhere non-obvious) and given me negative.
Until that point I had 100% positive feedback.
I could not respond to her latest emails as I was in hospital during/following a nasty miscarriage at over 11 weeks and really not very well having lost an awful lot of blood.
Am fucking fuming to put it mildly. How dare she? It's crap. Can I remove it/add my own comments to it? And how tf do I block her so I never have the misfortune to deal with the lying bitch her again?
