I sold a small item last week which never arrived. I print my postage labels using eBay, but I had a buyer who hadn't put her house number on the address supplied. I always add a return label, just incase, and luckily the parcel was returned to me.
I have offered he the choice of a refund (was only a 99p item) or pay for more postage. The lady wants to pay for me to re-send and has asked me to send a Paypal invoice.....but I can't work out how on earth I can do this unless I do it outside eBay and ask her to pay to my Paypal email address?
Can anyone help please????
