package delivered next door?

Hi, I ordered some storage boxes from eBay. after about ten days hadn't received so contacted seller. He contacted courier who said they delivered next door and have a signed delivery note.

The signature is a a common name like Dave Johnson. but all the people next door are Russian. Whenever I ask someone they say they don't know maybe one of the other people of the many live in the house accepted delivery.

What do I do?

the courier has a contract with the seller to deliver to your address. they have failed to do that. if you raised a not received dispute with ebay then you'd get your money back as they can't prove delivery. it will be up to the seller to get recompense from the courier
