Help! I sold a baby safety gate in April and the buyer said he would come and and collect it on a number of occasions and has failed to turn up. He has paid by Paypal. He is also not responding to my emails. What do I do? Should I just refund him and relist or wait?

Email him and expain that you are willing to hold his item for a short period say for example the 6 of july, unless you hear from him before that date to arrange collection or update you of the situation, you will assume the gate is unwanted and relist and not offer any recompense.

and refund the paypal straight away - cash only for collection items. I would refund, tell him to collect and pay by cash within 3-4 days then relist. But to be honest after this length of time I doubt you will hear from them again.

refund and relist he has had loads of time to collect give him 2-4 days to collect most people expect collection within 7 days
